How do you open a UDF file?
UDF is the document format of UYAP, Türkiye’s National Judiciary Informatics System (the electronic platform of the Turkish courts). The .udf documents downloaded from UYAP normally open only in the UYAP Document Editor. With this tool you simply drag and drop the file: the document is displayed on screen with its page layout, font emphasis, tables and images. From the same screen you can download it as PDF or Word, print it or edit it in the editor.
It also works on phones and tablets. This tool does not verify electronic signatures; you can verify the original document via the UYAP Citizen Portal (Vatandaş Portalı) or e-Devlet, Türkiye’s e-government gateway.
